Easter Brownie Dessert

Warning! May cause a choccy overload!

What you will need:

- Chocolate brownies (home-made or shop bought)

- Lindt mini chocolate bunnies (unwrapped)

- Chocolate Mini Eggs

- Strawberries

- Orange melting chocolate (Can be purchased from Amazon. Alternatively, white chocolate coloured with orange food colouring can be used)

- Desiccated coconut

- Green food colouring

- Digestive biscuits

- Cocoa powder

Before you can dig into this chocolatey goodness, a few things need to be prepped first...

The 'Carrots'.

To make the carrots, chop strawberries into triangular shapes, leaving the leaves on top. Dry the chopped strawberries with a paper towel to absorb as much moisture as possible - very important, otherwise the chocolate won't stick to the fruit. Once dried, dip the strawberries into the melted orange coloured chocolate.

The 'Grass'.

To make the grass, mix a couple of drops of green food colouring into a bowl of desiccated coconut. Keep adding colour until you reach your desired shade of green.

The 'Soil'.

To make the soil, crush digestive biscuits into fine pieces. Mix a spoonful of cocoa powder into the crushed biscuits until it resembles dirt.

Right, now everything is prepared, it's time to assemble our fun Easter dessert.

Start by sprinkling some 'grass' and 'soil' over your plate. Position your brownies and sprinkle more 'soil' on top. Place your chocolate bunny on top of the brownies, along with a 'carrot' and a couple of Mini Eggs. Finish your dessert with a scoop of ice cream; dig in and enjoy!
